Lucas was still stroking his chin while looking at her. "No. I'm not tired of pursuing you to say yes to me," She shook her head as she was looking at him. Celine let out a deep breath because this was the first time that she had encountered a man like Lucas.

"You have gone mad, Sir," Celine said to him and sighed. Lucas was still on the counter as a woman approached him. A sexy and hot woman indeed, who was dancing, and it seemed like she was seducing him. The woman bit her lower lip while looking at Lucas. The woman leaned in closer to Lucas while she continued doing the sexy dance in front of him.

"Hey handsome, wanna dance?" she asked in a sexy tone of voice. Lucas smirked and stood. He then went towards her and went to the dance floor. As Celine looked at them, she shook her head as she knew Lucas was that kind of man. A man who had a lot of women with him. She was mixing drinks, but she couldn't understand why she had been looking at the man who was bothering her earlier.

Lucas and that woman were dancing to disco music. The woman then makes a sexy dance in front of him and it immediately awakened his. It stands up and stiffens inside his pants. Lucas could feel it move and stiffen inside his pants. He looked at the woman, but his eyes always looked at Celine's face.

Lucas and the woman continue to dance. The woman then touches his body and connects the delicate part. "Oh, so hard," the woman said while biting her lower lip. She continued what she was doing to Lucas, and he seemed not to control himself and pulled the woman closer to him.

Celine is disgusted as she sees the woman and Lucas doing what they are doing. Celine was shaking her head while looking at them. "Ew, what a pathetic man," Celine then served another drink to a customer, but she was surprised when she went back to the counter; Lucas was also there. She looked at him with a frown. "Why are you here?" Celine asked.

"Can't I be here?" he asked.

"No. You're dancing earlier, so what happened to that woman?" she asked.

"Why are you asking that? Are you curious what we did?" he asked.

She scoffed, "No. Never mind what I asked."

"Are you sure your answer is still No?" he asked her again about that marriage contract. Celine sighed and looked at him thoughtfully.

"Yes. My answer is still no."

"What should I do to make you say yes?"

Celine didn't know why Lucas insisted and wanted her to say yes to his proposal and offer. She couldn't play with her feelings, and couldn't make marriage such a plaything.

"Why are you so desperate to marry a woman even if you don't like her?" she asked.

"I need the money. I just need that damn money and nothing else. You see, I wanted to find dad. And I need that cash," he said.

Celine noticed that long sad face. "Where is your dad?"

"I don't know. You see, it's my birthday tomorrow, but I know Dad won't come again. He had been so inactive regarding me. He has never visited me once since he disappeared," Lucas said as he lowered his shoulders. Celine was touched; she was stunned while looking at him. She knows the feeling of looking for someone and longing for them.

Celine sighed and looked at him. She was about to speak when a customer called her. "Excuse me," Celine then went to the customer and took his order. As she walked back to the counter, she didn't see Lucas again. He had already left without saying anything. Celine then turned around and saw Lucas walking out of the bar while his shoulders were lowered.

After her shift, Celine then took off her uniform and walked out. She was walking in the streets and kept thinking about that man in the bar again. Celine couldn't get him out of her mind; he was always bothering her after her duties. She didn't know how to get rid of him inside her mind.

Meanwhile, Lucas was in his room as he thought of how he could get that woman. He smirked and nodded his head as the plan he was planning made him happy. Lucas then called Mark and Christian and told them about his plan.

They planned to abduct Celine tomorrow, and Lucas would come after to save her. "The plan is perfect, right?" he asked.

"Yes. We will make sure it will be perfect," Mark said as he agreed to his plan.

Mark and Christian hire fake kidnappers to take Celine to an abandoned warehouse the following day. Celine was walking to the market as she planned to buy some groceries. Aron wasn't back in the apartment yet, so Celine thought of buying some groceries to put inside the fridge. She was smiling while picking up apples; she then went to walk again and was about to go to the pharmacy when someone grabbed her and put a handkerchief in her mouth.

Celine immediately lost her unconsciousness, and they put her inside the van. Afterwards, Celine was tied up in the chair as she opened her eyes. She then looked around, but she couldn't speak as a handkerchief was in her mouth. It wasn't the kidnappers Mark and Christian hired. It was different and real kidnappers. Celine frowned while looking around. It was an unfamiliar place for her, and she didn't know where she was right now.

"Let's wait for your boyfriend to come, okay?" the man with the face mask told Celine, which caused her confusion. She doesn't have a boyfriend, and she thought the kidnappers made a massive mistake in taking her. A man then came closer to her and took off the handkerchief from her mouth. He glared at her, and so did Celine.

"He's coming, right?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Lucas... That man, Lucas, is your boyfriend, right?" he asked her.

"I don't know what you're saying," she replied.

"You're lying!" the man raged and slapped her very hard. Blood then dropped from her face as it was indeed a firm slap. Celine gasped for breath and glared at the man who had slapped her. Tears started to well up in her eyes. She thought it was the end for her.

Lucas was waiting for the "go" signal when he received a call from an unknown number. "Hello?"

"We have your girlfriend, Lucas," he was frowning as he looked at the kidnappers who were on standby now. Lucas then calls Mark and Christian.

"Where are you?"

"We're still here. That woman wasn't outside yet," they said.

"Cancel the plan. Someone kidn*pped that woman for real," Mark's eyes widened as he heard that.

"What? Who?"

"Badger," Lucas then ended the call and sent the address to them.

"Okay. Cancel the gig, guys. Here's the money; you can go back now," Christian told the kidnappers they hired and left the place.

Lucas was driving so fast as he went to where Badger had taken the girl. As he arrived, Mark and Christian followed. Badger is a gang member who fought with Lucas back then in his college life.

"You're sure it was Badger?" Mark asked.

"Yes, I'm sure it was him," the three of them nodded their heads and went inside.

Meanwhile, Celine was sweating a lot as she couldn't speak because of the handkerchief in her mouth. Her hands were tied so tight, which caused her not to move. Celine was slowly moving her hands behind the chair as the three-man came inside. The sunlight hit her face, and she couldn't see the three men's faces.

"Look who's here," a man said, and then Celine saw that man on the bar and her eyes widened while looking at him. Celine's chest started to throb so fast while watching Lucas' face, and the grand entrance they had made.

"Why did you take her, huh?" Lucas asked him angrily.

"Oh, come on. Lucas, I saw you the other day... You're flirting with my girl," Badger said.

"Who's the girl?"

"That girl you danced with? She's mine, and you dare to touch her?" Badger said to him.

Lucas scoffed. "Oh, that girl? Is she yours? Then, why is she dancing with me and having fun with me?" Lucas asked him teasingly. He looked at him to tease him even more.

Badger smirked. "So, instead of taking her back, I will take someone from you," he then walked closer to Celine and pointed the knife at her face. Lucas was looking at Badger without a trace of nervousness.

"You dare touch her, and you're going to be dead meat, Badger," he boasted, and he was clenching his fists.

"She's yours, right?"

"No. That girl is not mine. She's not even my girl," Celine's eyes widened while looking at him. Mark and Christian then patted his shoulders.

"What are you saying? You have to save her," Mark said.

"I know. That's why I'm planning something."

Badger smirked and touched her face when Lucas walked closer to him and kicked him. Badger landed on the floor and shouted, "Boys attack them!"

Mark and Christian immediately prepare for the attack by Badger's crew. Lucas looked at Celine, "Are you okay?" she nodded her head and Lucas immediately headed to Badger's whereabouts. He was feeling angry at him for taking Celine. She was innocent and he didn't want to cause trouble.

"How dare you touch my woman!" he raged and punched him. Celine's eyes just widened as she stared at him. She didn't know that Lucas was so aggressive. He was so strong even if Badger's body was big, but he still managed to punch him. His muscles came out as he beat Badger. Celine seemed impressed how Lucas fought with Badger in that state. Her eyes never left Lucas. She was still watching him, fighting with Badger.

Mark and Christian then defeated his minions and got closer to Lucas. "That's enough, Lucas," they stopped him. He was panting as he stood and looked at Celine. He immediately took the handkerchief that covered her mouth and the rope in her hand. Lucas was panting as he had used a lot of strength to defeat Badger.

"Are you okay?" he asked her again, but this time, he cupped his hands to her face, making her surprised and started blushing. Celine was still in shock, so that she couldn't speak properly. Celine was standing as she looked at the three men who had saved her just now.

"Miss? Are you alright? Did they hurt you?" he asked again, and noticed blood and bruises on her cheeks. Lucas clenched his fist and said, "I'm sorry."

Badger was still on the floor and looked at them. He smirked and pulled the trigger inside his coat, and shot Lucas in his back. They heard a loud bang; Mark and Christian then went to Badger and took his gun. They were surprised at what just happened to him. Celine was stunned after hearing that loud bang.

Lucas was smiling and turned his back and looked at Badger. He smirked while looking at Badger. Lucas was about to talk when blood dripped onto his mouth, and then he touched the side of his stomach, and then that's the time when he realized he had been shot. Lucas was immediately knocked to the floor, which Celine immediately caught. Her hands were shaking as she held a wet spot on the side of his stomach and then she saw blood.

"Hey ... hey!" she shouts, so Mark Christian immediately heads in their direction. Lucas collapsed in Celine's arms as he lost consciousness. Blood started to drip and spread on the ground when he lay down. Celine's eyes started to tear up while her mouth was trembling and nervous.

"Lucas!"
