It was all going faster than Skip would normally like but he did not think that he would have it any other way,it all seemed to be right, strangely unrushed even though he had met her a mere one hour ago.
He had suggested having a meal together on a whim and he had immediately regretted it not because he did not want to have a meal together but because he was scared that she might not feel the same about eating with someone she had only met a couple of hours ago.
He was afraid that she would think that he was being too clingy or something along those lines and would try to get him on his way and out of her sight.
He had however been surprised by her statement instead of the rejection he had been expecting.
