Chapter 2: The Sorceress's Tower Eira's journey to the sorceress's tower was a winding path through the mystical forest of Elvendom. The trees grew taller and the air thickened with an otherworldly energy as she approached the tower. A soft hum of magic emanated from within, beckoning her closer. As she reached the tower's entrance, a delicate vine woven with tiny, glowing runes parted to reveal a narrow stairway. Eira's heart quickened as she ascended the stairs, the air growing warmer and more fragrant with each step. At the top, she found herself in a cozy, candle-lit chamber filled with shelves of ancient tomes and strange, glowing artifacts. Lythari, the wise sorceress, sat in a plush armchair, her long silver hair cascading down her back like a river of moonlight. "Ah, young Eira," Lythari said, her voice warm and soothing. "I sense that you have discovered something remarkable. Come, share your findings with me." Eira approached Lythari, unrolling the scrolls and presenting them to the sorceress. Lythari's eyes sparkled as she examined the ancient texts, her fingers tracing the intricate symbols. "Indeed, these are the lost scrolls of Eldarath," Lythari said, her voice filled with awe. "They hold the secrets of the city's magical architecture and the hidden path that leads to its gates." Eira's eyes widened with excitement as Lythari continued, "But beware, young one, for the path to Eldarath is treacherous, and the city itself holds many secrets and dangers. Are you prepared to face what lies within?"
