This hotel only welcomes the guests who're not living in the human world. The one who lives in the hidden world, who are vampires, werewolves, witches or wizards, mermaids, or who are dead.
In short, the fictional characters about whom you read only in the books exists for reality in this world and they are the only one who can get into the hotel too.
Humans call the dead ones as ghosts. Only human dead souls and other supernatural creatures can find out this hotel and could walk inside it only if they are permitted.
They can take full benefits of this secret world and hotel which provides with a lot of luxurious things to its customers. Even though they are living in the same world as humans, they are in a different dimension making humans to not find out about it.
However, like every other day, the arrogant owner of the Hotel Grey Moon was walking through the hallways of his hotel.
He had a bad day with his customer called Sana but glad that he f****d the w***e like her and also got the money double for whatever mess she created that were about to ruin the ratings of his hotel.
Wearing his expensive branded black suit he was sipping his favourite whisky through the glass he held in his hands which was made up of real Diamond specially carved in glass shape for him.
The sound of each tap his boots made after hitting against the marble floor was echoed in the entire hallways. Signalling to all the staff that he is on the round and they must hurry up with their tasks before he comes and pick out the mistakes.
Taking a glimpse of every place carefully around him on the way to his bedroom, he was inspecting if his staff was really working well behind him or not.
He stopped in his tracks when his eyes caught the carpet beneath him. He looked down as he took a step behind only to see that it had a stain of red wine over it.
He remembers how he just bought the new carpet and replaced it with the older one all over the hallway of this hotel.
“Who is here?” he shouted at the top of the lungs making the staff member hiding behind the pillar to flinch in his place.
“Coward! Walk out from behind that pillar already!” he grumbled as his hand clenched on the glass made up of diamond in his hand. Thankfully it didn't break and this is the only reason why he uses strong glass like that. He has the habit of breaking things in his hand whenever he is angry. And, he is angry all the time!
The staff member who was standing behind the pillar finally walked out. He stood before him with a gulp.
“Who is on the duty of looking after this hallway today?” he raised a question. His voice was so deep that it reflected all the anger he has in it.
“I- I'm on the duty,” he said. He didn't dare to look up in his eyes when he talked.
“Do you know I had to travel thirty four hours in that stupid flight to search for this antique carpet and come back?” he grumbled in a low voice while the staff member shook his head to no.
“I- I have joined newly to this hotel sir,” he answered him quickly that made him go more furious over him.
“You are answering me back? Hah!” he chuckle bitterly as he stepped closer to him. He held him by his shirt as he pulled him closer.
“Go and scrub that stain from the carpet. If that stain doesn't go and if it ruins my carpet more, you will have to pay for it with something you can not imagine,” he warned him as he speak in his ears.
Shivers ran down his spine while listening to the warning that his sir gave. He was a werewolf and that's what made him scare more. He has heard how the owner just pull out the heads of werewolves leaving them to die. And he had no plans on dying so early.
“yes- yes sir!” he said to him while the owner let him go.
He gave him a death glare before he continued to walk ahead towards his cabin upstairs.
There is a cabin at the end of the top floor of the hotel where he works. There is even a special bedroom made for him with his private swimming pool, kitchen, bar, gaming area, a large closet and much more on the top floor beside his cabin.
In short, the entire floor of his hotel is made for him. It is larger than someone's imagination.
On that top floor, no one is allowed to come there without his permission.
Only his manager could walk in there when it's urgent. But his secretary is the only one who can walk in there anytime and is the only one who stays with him the most.
There is even a room specially made for his secretary on the same floor he stays on so that his secretary will always be near to him.
Also, it's for them to rest when they have too much work in the hotel. It's beside the meeting room where the arrogant owner of the hotel holds meetings with the staff working in his hotel.
On one of the walls of his cabin, there is a large portrait of his hotel thousands of years old when his family shifted to this place.
The large portrait heightens the arrogance of the owner of the hotel. Arrogant about the large hotel he has made now from the small one. About his hard work behind the development of his hotel in past years.
It was extremely small and made up of woods, only of the single storey when his father was the owner. And now, the tables have turned.
The hotel he made now is greater and luxurious beyond someone's imagination. It makes him pleased and proud of himself giving more rise to his arrogance after seeing how well he has managed his hotel.
After inspecting the work of his staff, he walked into his cabin and stood beside the large window, looking out at the sky.
There was a grey moon, the full grey moon which occurs once in a hundred years right beside the moon that only humans can see.
“So finally this is the day again?” he chuckled.
There was a knock on his door and he said, “Come in.”
He knew who the person is already, even if he was not looking behind him.
The person was his manager Arran Wright. He came walking inside and stood behind him.
"Mr Jonas, are you up for tonight's mating ceremony? It's a full grey moon, so I think there will be many she-wolfs checking in only to win the chance of being your mate,” Arran spoke with grudging respect in his voice for Mr Jonas.
The owner sighed. It isn't that he doesn't like this day, but every once in a hundred years, he never gets to meet the real love of his life he is waiting for and ends up getting hurt.
All the well-known she-wolfs from different packs wait for this night to show up and start the preparation from days ago to look beautiful.
They will be probably on their way to come to the hotel to participate in the ceremony.
“Mr Wright, can I share something with you?”
Arran quickly nodded to him.
“What do you think, am I excited to attend this ceremony?”
Arran didn't have an answer to this. He simply replied with, “Sir, I don't know.”
The owner smirked walking closer to him. He placed his hand on his shoulder and leaned to his ear.
“You have joined only 5 years ago, so I understand that you don't know a lot of things. But I think I'm really hating this ceremony and I want to cancel it right now.” He leaned back.
“But as much as I know, there are many werewolves from rich families arriving this evening. Wouldn't it affect to our hotel-”
“Don't accept anyone coming tonight to attend the mating ceremony. Announce that the ceremony is cancelled this year and will be held after a few years when I will think it's the right time,” he instructed coldly as he glared at his manager.
“We shouldn't be doing this tonight, Mr Jonas,” a young lady who is his secretary of Mr Jonas interfered in between while walking into his cabin. “Don't forget they all belong to a well-known family,” she stated with an angelic smile on her face. “Those popular people helps a lot in the higher ratings of our hotel.”
Standing beside her boss, she looked out of the window to see the beautiful full-grey moon.
“I'll take special care of our guests so that they won't get in your way, Mr Jonas,” the manager interrupted between her.
The secretary gestured for Arran to go out of the cabin while standing behind Mr Jonas. Before the arrogant owner could spit something more, Arran bowed and left the cabin quickly to go to the receptionist's desk.
Mr Jonas rolled up his eyes and sighed before turning back again to stare at that beautiful grey moon which was a darn moon for him.
He was so sick of it. Every time he attended the ceremony with the hope to meet his mate, he never found her. Also, the past comes before his eyes whenever he sees the moon.
All he thinks of is the arrogant she-wolves getting all ready to attend this ceremony and win the fame not to be his mate but to be the half-owner of this hotel. They act so cringe that some of them even get on his nerves.
Also, when they come to the hotel, his hotel becomes more noisy and messy with people backbiting each other. Some of them even wander around and come towards his cabin making him more insane.
“Mr Jonas? Is everything okay?” his secretary asked in concern.
Mr Jonas looked disturbed to her, she was suspicious of what gets wrong with him whenever it is the full grey moon.
“What's wrong? Can I know at least today?” she interrogated again.
“Ms Evans, leave me alone for a while. Don't make me furious so that I would drink your blood abruptly and leave you later in pain to regret what you asked me right now,” Mr Jonas groaned as he glared at his secretary Ms Evans.
“I- forgive me, Mr Jonas. I think I should leave now. Call me later if you need something,” his secretary gulped as she bowed before leaving him alone in his cabin.
“He is so horrible!” she murmured while walking in the hallway.
She doesn't dare to answer back while standing in front of him, but behind him, she always keeps cursing him.
However, Mr Jonas knows about it and his secretary always forgets that her boss can read her mind as she is a human.
