As I look into Annie’s eyes I am overwhelmed with the love that I have for her. I try to utilise every fraction of a second spent staring at her stunning beauty. My beautiful mate, who I love with everything that I have. Everything that I am. I grab her into my arms and my want for her fights against all reason. I don’t want to let go but I know that I need to. That I need to carry out this duty that has been placed upon my shoulders and mine alone. I couldn’t tell her earlier what I saw in my vision. If I tell her, I know that there is no way that she would leave my side but she has a job to do… as do I. I reluctantly pull my body from hers, tell her that I love her and turn to leave. She’s the strongest person I know. She’ll pull through. She’ll survive. She’ll live.
