Human threats are amusing.
Cliff is a tough human with a rough past. I looked into him and found some of his connections to be less than savory but his run-ins with the law were null and void. He has an almost squeaky clean record for somebody so involved in illegal trades which is usually a sign that he’s got some friends in high places.
I imagine he called those friends when Violet went missing.
