HANNAH'S POV
I wanted this to be a mistake but it wasn't. The more I looked into the pictures, the more it hit me that Lily was just using me. She did not love me. She was pretending to be a member of the LGBT community because she didn't have a choice.
"Are you okay? You seem like you have seen a ghost," Jack commented and I realised that I had lost it.
I wanted to hide the truth from him but I felt like there was no point in me doing that. Lily had moved on and if anything I should be moving on. I did not get out of the orphanage to be miserable. I have found a nice man and I was ready to make it work with him. I am sure that he will treat me right based on the little interaction that the two of us had.
