It took two days before I had the guts to contact Martin Ingram again. And yet, arranging my own professional appointment with the man seemed an inevitable consequence of the interview. I planned on being one of his ‘rare indulgences’ and didn’t expect him to balk at my proposal for a disciplinary session. After all, how could I adequately write about this unique relationship therapy without experiencing it myself? I couldn’t count the impetuous spanking scene in the alley with JD. No, I wanted the full treatment from Mr. Ingram so I might experience corporal punishment in the same way a penitent wife would experience the act.
As expected, Mr. Ingram kindly obliged me, although I had a week to wait; he’d accept no less.
