Elijah's Point of View
I woke up to someone knocking on the door, and even though I wanted to stay in the comfort of the bed, I got up. I grabbed a pair of shorts on the floor and put them on as I walked to the door.
"Kate," I said as I opened the door and saw her.
"Your my daughter's mate?" She asked.
"Yes. What can I do for you?" I asked.
"I want to know more about my daughter and why I can't find her?" She said. I looked at the guard behind her, and he nodded his head.
"Come in," I said as I stood away from the entrance so she and the guard could come in.
I sat on my bed while the two of them sat in the empties chairs by the window.
