Maya's Point of View
After talking to the Alpha's for two hours and informing them of what has happened, I was finally on my way to see my mother.
I was following behind the two Alpha's, and Elijah was holding my hand. My heart was pounding, and I swore it was going to beat out of my chest.
The hallway seemed like it went on forever, but it probably wasn't that long. I felt my palms begin to sweat, and Elijah squeezed my hand.
"It will be okay," He said as I looked at him.
"I know."
Alpha Marko opened a brown door, and we walked into a room, and there on the bed in the center of the room, was a young girl. She looked just like me.
Letting go of Elijah's hand, I walked over to the bed and grabbed her hand, and quickly let go.
