I couldn't decipher anything anymore. It was as if nobody mattered, nothing else mattered. I saw her lips move, but nothing registered into my head. As if my mind has tuned out hurt.
It was when I felt somebody shake me out of my daze, my ears heard the sharp scream. But it took me minutes to register it as mine. The high pitched sound erupted from my vocals. And just like that my knees wobbled and I collapsed. Tightly hugging myself, I brought my knees to my chest and cried profusely.
What was a mere flicker in my thoughts, proved to be right. I killed my family. It was and is only my fault. From the moment I met Knights, all I gave my family is pain. One impulsive mistake and everyone close to me are doomed.
