Lauren's POV
I woke from my deep sleep to the sound of banging on my bedroom door. I quickly got up from my bed, only to see my furious mother staring at me.
I walked over to her and she slapped me across the face
"You stupid girl how could you do this to us, you couldn't do one simple thing! “
She yelled at me, louder than she ever has.
"What's going on mother? I did what you asked me to do, I called them and asked for the 10 million dollars ransom ".
"You are so stupid! The cops tracked your phone call all the way to this house, they have this whole place surrounded! Can't you do anything right! ".
Right then the babies began to cry from the room next door and from looking at my mother’s reaction to the cry, she didn't like it one bit. To make matters worse we heard police sirens
