Nicky’s POV
Against my better judgement I agreed to go to a party back at my old pack. Emmett and Alpha Eric really wanted me to go but I am not sure why. I didn’t think I was ready to see my family again. The past year had been a tough one but it changed my life. I was proud of the man I had become. I had matured a lot and I was strong. My new pack welcomed me with open arms and they helped me get to where I am now. I was grateful for them.
I didn’t tell anyone, like my family, I was coming tonight. I planned on stopping by my family’s house and seeing how my dad was at least. I honestly didn’t care if I saw my mom. I did not have a word to say to her yet.
