“Feel better now?” Hannah’s eyes followed me as I sank into the hot tub. Leaning back I closed my eyes gratefully as the hot water washed over me.
“Mmhmm.” I didn’t even bother to open my eyes. “Yeah I need to get me one of these.”
“I didn’t mean the hot tub Ami,” Hannah sounded resigned and I opened my eyes a crack to look at her through my lashes. “What do you mean?”
“Ruining the painting? Do you feel better? For it?”
Guilt ripped into me. I shouldn’t have done that to something she had worked so hard on. No matter how angry I was. “No and I’m sorry, I will pay.”
She waved away my offer. “I don’t care that you did it although Dewi is going to be mad I have to start again.”
