Realizing what I am doing, horror sets inside of me but I can't stop. Christian quickly yanks back and I gasp at what I did.
Daniel walks in to see the scene unfold.
“I bit him!” I say to Daniel in a panic state.
He looks unworried. “Oh, that’s why I’m here.” He holds a bag of blood.
“Ezekiel said that this will do.” He says.
“But... I bit him.” I say again.
Christian holds his neck and looks confused at Daniel.
“Yea the urge will make you do that.” Daniel says.
“But... I won’t turn him then?” I ask.
Daniel shakes his head. “No. Only primes can do that.”
“Will I... will I hurt him?”
“Who? Christian? No. Ariel will make you stop. She is not the one infected, it is you. Your human side.” He says.
