I offered some to Elora. She hesitated for a hit and then she took it.
I ate most of the berries before we continued our hike. When we were close to the top of the hill and it was a bit difficult to climb, she offered her hand and I took it.
I thanked her genuinely with a smile. She grunted and looked away. I admired the view from the top of the hill.
You could see the whole of hellzhut and far beyond from here. It was like standing on a skyscraper.
"Why are you being nice to me?" I asked Elora because I really wanted to know. It suddenly felt like she didn't hate me that much.
