The air around me felt cold. I wasn't in my room. I opened my eyes and I stared at the dark clouds and a full moon. I stood up and looked around. I was in a large clearing in the middle of a thick forest.
An eerie sound in the air. Thousands of voices whispering as I looked around.
"Aine" a distorted voice called.
"Aine" the voice grew louder. It kept calling the name and the voice kept getting higher until it became a screech.
I held my hands to my ear to block out the piercing scream. Suddenly everything went quiet.
I removed my hands from my ears and saw blood covering my palms. I cleaned it against my clothes but it wasn't coming off.
I felt a hand crawling against my shoulder and a voice in my ear.
