The thank you’s that I place here never seem adequate. So much goes into a book and the support system it takes to produce one is truly necessary. I am in awe of my husband who puts up with me and does so very much to keep the machine running and the beast fed.

I am so thankful for Jessica and her ability to keep up with my racing mind and still keep her sense of humor.
