Whereas Grandma Lucy seemed reluctant to talk to Kennedy about something as private as Ian’s former love-life, Connie showed no such hesitation.
“Ian was something of a ladies’ man in high school,” she began. “Always had some girl or other hanging around and at least half a dozen more nursing major crushes on him. I’m not saying he was stringing them along or doing anything untoward. I think he was so bright and charming and intelligent that the girls just fell over themselves around him.
