“Where’s her Majesty?” Ximena asked looking around the corridor after she noticed that the queen was not there.
“She went to his Majesty’s office,” Jenny replied,
Ximena took off rushing to the King’s office. She arrived in no time, knocking on the king’s office.
“Her Majesty is busy right now” The queen’s assistant responded, looking at Ximena from head to toe.
“Please, just let me see her for a minute, I swear…” Ximena wanted to say when the assistant suddenly snapped at her.
“What’s wrong with you? Don’t you know how to respect people’s feelings?” she said to Ximena who sighed heavily, closing her eyes briefly.
She knew the woman couldn’t act like this unless the queen told her to
Ximena pushed the woman aside, rushing in the king’s office.
“Your majesty, I know…” She wanted
