I wanted to tell him to go to hell when he suggested we come to his place but I knew he was right. We needed privacy and his place was by far the most convenient.
He was also torn about the whole thing and I could tell he was feeling guilty. His body was so tensed and I wished I could do something to help him relax.
I had to remind myself that I'm angry with him all the way to his house when I wanted to do something that will make him happy because I wanted to see a smile on his face.
He also looked worried and I had to wonder what it is that worried him when I finally realised that I caused it. I told him we had to talk and usually, that line is used when someone wants to break up with you.
