"Last year, as you well know, Andover suffered a disastrous loss at the hands of Erlingen. Ever since, the balance of power has been upset. Old issues are simmering, and it wouldn"t take much for them to boil over."

"I suppose I have, but the theory is the same. Let"s imagine the Church wanted to start a war. They could take some of our knights, dress them in the clothing of, let"s say, Erlingen, and send them raiding across the border into Andover."
