Charlaine looked out on the bay, surveying the damage. "This storm has cost us dearly. We were relying on the knights aboard the Millicent to capture those enemy ships. Without them, we lack the numbers we need."
Millicent "My men are ready to fight," said Captain Waleed. "We should ignore the ships and carry out a landward attack."
"And how would you have us return home?"
"We can simply march everyone back here."
