I try not to visibly shiver as I walk through the forest, my bare feet like icicles against the snow, my arms wrapped around my chest as my hair whips against my face.
Alpha Anthony is beside me and we are in front of his pack, which is a lot larger than I had thought.
A few have shifted and are ahead of us, scouting the area.
I already feel defeated.
