Chapter 27: Reunited and it feels so good

It has been a while since I last saw Traeger. I miss him so much. After I was “rescued” from the forest. I was taken to a hospital to have myself checked over. They asked me a lot of questions. Especially how I survived. I told them that I had taken a water bottle and a few protein bars. Which was made valid when Traeger left a few empty bottles and wrappers. He also placed my swim bag in the spot to prove that I carried water and protein bars for a walk. Thankfully, the police didn’t find the bag in my house, because I had left it in the campsite by mistake. I told him about it when we were planning my “rescue.” He went back for it, ran it through some dirt and threw it near the empty bottles.
