I am thirsty and hungry. That's all I can think of when Ron comes in the room again. He picks me up and takes me outside into light. I flinch, close my eyes and hides my face into his arms. He lays me down somewhere and then wets my lips with a drenched napkin. I want water. I am barely conscious. I will die if he keeps me deprived of food and water any longer. He puts a bottle into my mouth and helps me take small sips of water, pulling the bottle out if I start gulping big sips too fast.
"Slowly baby.. Daddy's sorry he hit you." Oh, he is not my daddy but screw that. I am not gonna correct him whatsoever. I will take the juice even if he is giving it to me to make it up for hitting me, whatever stupid logic of his tells him this is how it works.
After some water, and a bottle of juice
