Chapter 12
Rolf was true to his word. Not only the next day, but every day thereafter, he and Neil spent part of their day together. Often it was for professional reasons, but just as frequently it was for personal ones. They ate at least one meal together. Sometimes Rolf would meet him at the dorm for breakfast. At other times they ate lunch at the concession stand or the restaurant in the carriage museum. Occasionally they would meet in town for dinner after Neil was done with his duties at the small animal clinic and the livery.
