Hannah's POV
When I met Mom in what were known as the teachers lodgings at the Institute, she sobbed in relief as we hugged each other.
“My babygirl!” she cried, clutching me as if she would never let me go again. “We’ll get that monster Hannah for what he did to you!” she whispered vehemently.
“Mom…” I protested softly. “It’s…It’s not like that.” I whispered softly.
“Oh no…he's manipulated you into thinking you wanted to be with him.” Mom wailed, pulling back to look at me , looking for scars of trauma that didn’t exist.
“I’m OK Mom. Really.” I stressed looking her in the eye.
