“You have to wear this tonight. Mom picked it out especially for you.” Mara as she shoves this dress in my face.
I groan as I force myself out of the bed. I stand up while taking the dress out of her hands before looking at it. I gasp as I look at it...it is so beautiful. It is a long chocolate brown velvet dress with thin straps. It had a big slit that looked as if it was going to stop in the middle of my thigh. I looked to see Mara just standing there with a huge smile on face as I could feel the tears starting to form in my eyes.
“None of that! Go change.” Mara says as she starts to push me towards the bathroom.
