"Why are we the ones who always get stuck together?" Cole asks.
"It's obvious." I say but he looks confused.
"Because... we are the runts, the side characters, the unimportant. Take your pick." I say.
"Speak for yourself. I am an Alpha." He says, with pride.
I roll my eyes and start mocking him. "I am an Alpha. Blah blah blah."
"You are so f*****g annoying."
"So are you, but you don't see me complaining."
