“What in God’s name is going on here?” I asked as I came out and met Karen, Riley and Sophia staring at each other.
“Mummy is this man our father?” Sophia asked me.
“No he is not” I lied.
“Why then did aunt Karen say that he is our father?”
“Sophia I think you heard it all wrong” Karen said.
“Mum please don’t lie to me, is he my father?”
“Baby girl let’s go inside, I’ll explain everything to you when we are inside.”

“So he has been here in London, I thought he lived far away?”
“He did but he just moved to London”
