“What happened the day of the attack? Did you see who or what attacked the pack?” Reina asked her cousin as everyone looked over to her attentively.
She shut her eyes like she was trying to remember what happened. “Um... What I remember was that I was with Ruby when I heard we were under attack. We were heading out of the training area when something hit Ruby at the speed of light.” She squeezed her eyes shut again and rubbed her temples. Clearly, she hadn’t been questioned yet and has probably avoided remembering. I looked over at a very tense Polo.
