Something had happened on Sunday.
Anton had decided to keep the peace at home, and went with Dad on a day out. He’d spent most of the day on his phone, to be honest, tuning out Dad’s attempts at talking to him—because he kept saying Natasha, and she didn’t exist anymore, so shut up, Dad!—and getting revenge when he’d found what he was looking for on sss and pilfering Dad’s credit card to pay for it. He’d been wanting one for ages, for him, and if Dad couldn’t talk to him then he could bloody well pay for him, right?
