~ Serena's POV ~
In the past, I always wanted to attend the academy, but now I am not sure of anything. The place has changed a lot in all these years. I used to visit aunt Audrey when she was studying here and at that time, when I entered the training ground, I was taken by surprise to see how people were fighting.
Tyler used to fight with me, but he didn’t use his full strength as he was afraid to hurt me. I wandered in the hallways while I looked at the noticeboard. It’s a good thing that I don’t have to face Daemon anymore or he would have surely made me feel embarrassed. When he slid the ring into my left hand, I was taken aback by surprise. Sometimes, I just wish that I had the talent to hear others' thoughts, as I am not able to read what exactly is going inside my mate’s head.
