I watched subtly as Ocean got ready on the other side of the room, her serious expression an indication that she was deep in thought.
It angered me beyond words that Elias may more than likely be a cause of her daydreaming.
We were finally crawling into the space that I longed for us to be, finally getting back together again and I’d be damned if Elias thought he was going to be a repetition of Dain; a pest and an abomination.
If it was necessary, I would get rid of him just as I did with Dain, and I won’t make the same mistakes twice.
“You ready?” She asks, before glancing down at my attire. Her face scrunches up cutely once she realizes that I hadn’t changed yet.
“Trevor come on, we need to go,” she whines and I stand from where I was siting on the bed.
