Ari’s POV
My eyes bore at the man walking towards the car I am in. When he pulls the door open, I welcomed him with a glare.
“What did the two of you talked?”
I saw them smirking and laughing earlier. What was it about? Were they talking about me?
“Boys talk,” he shrugs while entering the car. I move so he can completely sit. He looks at the driver and nods at him. “Let’s go.”
“You mean, you two talked about girls?” I say. That’s what boys' talk means, right?
Hyko sighs and looks at me. His stares are mesmerizing. It can make you hypnotize and at the same time, shiver.
The annoyance that I felt earlier was quickly replaced by nervousness. My heart starts beating faster. I avoid my gaze at him and silently clear my throat.
“How are you and your friends?” he suddenly asks.
