Chapter Five
I can’t get to Joseph for days—which has me painfully frustrated. When I get an assignment for the publishing house, I’m almost elated, trying to twist my thoughts about Alan into the appropriate package of leather-clad male dominant. He’d work, I assure myself. And yet, the second I step into his office, and find myself captured by his lusty charm, I’m running his bases and not my own.
“Been awhile?” he says letting his smirk stir the lust I have avoided. “Have you time to stay?”
