I wake up in the morning with a smile on my face. I feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off of my chest for two reasons. One for breaking up with Cody and secondly for making up with Christine, so I am in a really good mood now.
“Good morning.” Christine says with a smile and I lift my head up from my pillow lazily to look at her.
“Good morning.” I tell her and return her smile. “I don’t even know when was the last time I slept so well.” I tell her as I sit up on my bed and stretch my limbs out a bit. “You? Did you sleep well?” I ask her.
“Yes, very good.” She says with a giggle. “You know, it feels like I have a new roommate.” She says with a laugh.
“My exact thoughts.” I say while laughing along with her. “Let’s have breakfast in the cafeteria, what do you say?” I ask her excite
