Chapter 16Thursday, mid-morning
Bobby finally got Mark to bed around seven, but Mark was still whimpering in his sleep. Reggie woke up from his nap on the couch at ten and wandered into the kitchen. “I’ve got to call Greg. Mark needs something to calm him. He’s wired. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him down here in a few minutes.”
“Here,” Bobby handed him his phone. “Use my cell. His number is programmed in under Greg. He kept me sane when I thought I’d go nuts with grief.”
Reggie stepped into the dining room to talk to Greg. He came back fifteen minutes later and handed the phone back to Bobby. “He’s bringing a prescription for Mark with him, he’s on his way.”
