Friday morning
Gray awoke to his phone alarm. His mother’s appointment was at eleven and he set his alarm for eight. Gray took his shower, got dressed, and wandered into the kitchen for some real coffee. Lacey was making his mother a tray with a large ceramic pot of green tea. “I never knew my mom drank green tea.”
“Mrs. Phina said that green tea has some antioxidant properties that may be beneficial for cancer patients. Enzo researched it up on the ‘net and found out she was right, so now your mom is to get a pot of green tea with every meal.
