Hurried footsteps followed behind Eli's but he didn't pay any heed to that arrogant friend of Ace's, no matter how loyal and caring friend she is and barged into the gym. After finding out that his wife, his Ace, was 'trying out her luck with strangers', he couldn't restrict his movements. His feet led him towards the dark gym and before he knew it, he was standing in front of them. He glared at the couple who looked at him in surprise and shock.
Guilt crossed Ace's features, which doubled his already boiling fury. Why does she look guilty? What the hell is going on? He yelled at his subconscious which surprisingly offered no defense on behalf of his wife. Ace took an unconscious step away from that man making Eli grunt in annoyance.
