Looking at his body made me sick, he deserved to die in the worst way possible . Then memories of my dad and step dad flashed infront of me , looking at them lying on that metal bed cold and lifeless, I began to feel so much anger on myself , luckily my wife took me out before I snapped . She , the kids , my mom and Mike are all I have and I will protect them even if its with my life .

When we came home the twins were having a swimming lesson with Mike as my mother bottle fed Lorde breastmilk . Artemisia went to change so she could help the twins swimming lesson . I went to where my mom sat as she watched the twins swimming lesson . Mike is a great teacher , they are actually learning quite fast , they can even dive wow!
