Mr. Mitchell's pov
I'm not going to change my mind. I know Sam is hurting, but I can't grant him access to an early grave.
I wake up as early as six the next morning and the first thing is see is Sam, making my morning coffee.
He beams at me excitedly and I know he is trying to impress me. There is no way, yeah I love him with all my heart.
“Morning dad" Sam greets politely.
I sit on the counter chair and smile at him “Morning son" I reply.
He takes the teacup and pours into a cup. I take the cup from him and take a sip. I can feel his gaze on me and I look up and drop the cup.
“Is there a problem?” I ask him.
He shakes his head " No.......but umm, are you still gonna visit Josh today?" he asks nervously.
'' Yeah I will.''
He lets out a breath and smiles '' thanks dad '
