POV: Sebastian
“Sebastian, my necklace, please give it back to me, I want it back. Its very important to me because it’s the last thing my mom gave me before she died.” Zoey told me the next morning, demanding for the necklace. I looked at her, smiling warmly as I pulling her into my arms, kissing her forehead softly.
“Good morning to you too, peaches,” I teased, ruffling her hair playfully. She chuckled softly, blushing deeply. She looks so cute when she’s blushing, I couldn’t help chuckling with her as we cuddled up in bed. I want to tell her that this necklace is ours, but I’m holding back because I do not want to hurt her feelings.
“I’m sorry my love, but I’ll have to hold on to it for a while. It looks just like our family heirloom, and if my Grandfather finds it with you, he would assume your family stole it from his dear friend that he entrusted it to. He already thinks that you are a gold digger, let’s not give him more reasons to try and separate us,” I told her, hiding the truth from her.
I feel I should tell her the truth about this jewelry, but I don’t want her to think that she is just a place holder, pending when I find my betrothed. I was never In support of that arrangement, I was kept in the dark. I only found out a few years ago, and now I have to do exactly what Gramps says or lose my inheritance to my stupid half brother Zach.
“Can I have it back, please?” She pleaded softly as she looked into my eyes, giving me that cute puppy look.
“I’ll let you have it when I get him off my back, I promise.” I told her, pulling her close as she pouted sadly. I chuckled at her innocent expressions, she looks so cute when she’s upset. I don’t think there is anything not to love about her. She is just so lively, innocent and cute. Such a beautiful combination.
“Alright, let’s make a deal. How about you get pregnant for me and I’ll let you have it?” I asked her teasingly. She froze in place, her eyes wide and her mouth open widely in shock.
“You are so mean, Sebastian. This is not a good deal for me, it only favours you.” She accused me, faking a frown.
“We could get started right now, peaches. I want to put my pup inside of you, if I haven’t already done so,” I teased her, pulling her in for a kiss. She smiled and responded to my kisses, matching my every move with her vibrant energy. We made love all morning. I smiled as I watched her through hooded eyes as she rides my d**k like a good girl, driving me crazy with lust.
When I couldn’t take her teases anymore, I flipped us over, pumping into her hard and fast, whispering sweet nothings to her. Watching her bend to my rules and accept my decisions made me realise just how innocent and charming she is. It’s so easy to take advantage of her innocence. That is what her family did to her.
They took advantage of her innocence and stole from her. But not anymore, I won’t let anyone take advantage of her ever again. I will protect her and take back everything she has lost. Everyone who tries to bully her will face my anger and suffer the consequences. I’ll have to set an example with her family, I’ll make them regret everything they did to hurt her.
“Lets get dressed, my love. You are coming to work with me. There is someone I want you to meet.” I told her, helping her up from the bed. I didn’t have to ask her twice because she is so eager to follow me to work. I suspect it has something to do with Rosalie and her troubles. Or maybe she is just missing work.
“If Rosalie bullies you, please don’t hesitate to tell me about it. If she becomes too unbearable, I can ask her to stop coming here.” I assured her, looking into her eyes. She smiled, leaning to place a kiss on my forehead.
“I can handle Rosalie, my love. She is not worth the extra attention. Besides, kicking her out would hurt Natalie and that is the last thing I want for her.” She told me calmly. I smiled as I shook my head in amazement. She is actually putting up with Rosalie just because of my sister. She thinks of others first and that is why she is so special so f*****g perfect.
“Awww, f**k!” I muttered in frustration when I spotted my grandfathers car and my brothers car parked at the parking space reserved for executives. I knew Gramps would not back down easily from his request that I end my relationship with Zoey. I knew he would come over to cause trouble for me.
But not this soon...
I never thought he would be strong enough to confront me after our argument at the party yesterday. I thought I warned Zach to back off, I told him to stick his nose where it belongs and stay the f**k away from me and my family. I guess they think I’m weaker because I have a woman by my side now. I’ll show him not to mess with me, I’ll f*****g teach him a lesson today.
I felt lucky when Gramps did not ask about the necklace. I guess he was not informed about it and I felt so lucky until now. The fact that he came to my office today with my step brother to place them in the company just to threaten me. It means that he knows about it, but he just chose to keep quiet about it and use it against me later. He wants me to know that he can easily replace me with Zach or the others and that is just annoying.
“Whatever happens in there, just stay behind me and keep your head down. Do not respond to Gramps, he could be setting a trap for you. Just let me do the talking today, let me handle it.” I instructed her before we got out of the car. She smiled and nodded in understanding, her eyes looking into mine in silent apology.
I can’t believe that she is feeling guilty for being the reason why I’m fighting with my grandfather. If only she knows how long I’ve waited to find her. She has no idea how much she means to me, I could go to war for her sake and it still wouldn’t be enough.
“Look who decided to show up and grace us with his presence,” Zach let out in a mocking tone, making my other two half brothers laugh like f*****g idiots.
“Were you humping your w***e all morning, is she keeping you too busy to work?” one of my brothers asked me teasingly.
“I bet she is good at her job, that must be why you keep her so close?” the third guy added, making them laugh like morons. I can’t believe that I’m actually related to these fools. Dad must have been high on a cheap drug when he had affairs with their mothers. That is the only explanation I can come up with.
“Are you finished yet, are you done?” I asked rhetorically, glancing from one i***t to the next. Then Zach did the most stupidest thing ever. He placed his disgusting hand on my shoulder and said,
“Come on, Sebastian, where is your sense of humour?
We were only messing with you, Sebastian. Relax and live a little bro. We are brothers, you know, we have to work together and love each other too. You need to learn to share, brother. Share everything with your brothers, including your w***e if she’s up for a foursome,” he joked, laughing so hysterical that I couldn’t hold it anymore.
I folded my palm and threw a punch at him, shifting his jaw. He yelled in pain as he landed with his butt, falling shamelessly on the floor. He moved to attack back, but my guards were faster than him. He was subdued before he even lifted a finger and I smirked in satisfaction as I saw the anger in his eyes, an anger he could never use to hurt me even if he tried.
“Now, who else has something to say about my relationship with Zoey?” I asked them, my eyes fixed on Zach as I smirked proudly. I could swear that I saw pride in my grandfathers eyes at that moment. But he had to hide it quickly because he is still fighting me. The sneaky, cunning, old man!
