After the meeting, each of us are escorted to the place where we will be able to get some rest, but before I can do that, I head to where the pack has been relocated.
Ivan is already there too as I know he has been to see Soren while I was at the meeting. He doesn’t look so cheerful. I don’t blame him. Seeing Soren like that gets anyone down.
“How is everyone?” I ask him in Russian.
He looks at me as I enter the large bunker room they were assigned. It looks like a dorm room but with a lot more beds and a lot less conditions.
“They are adjusting” Ivan tells me, still in Russian. “It is good that everyone here seems to speak our language. That would be a problem if they didn’t”
“Yeah, I know” I say. “These are mostly people from the Subterra Academy. We’ve all had Languages Class”
