Rafael’s POV
She recovers quickly and every day I visit her it seems that she is getting more comfortable with me. I bring her fresh flowers every day and she looks delighted every time she sees them. My beautiful mate is alive and well. And not angry anymore.
I walk into the room where she has been resting since the incident and find her sitting in an armchair next to the window. The window is opened and a cold breeze is flowing, while she is wearing a very thin nightgown. I hurry up to her side and close the damn window, nothing will hurt my Princess anymore.
She looks at me as if she is in a daze and smiles slightly.
- I love the fresh air, - Alyssa says calmly as if to herself.
- That’s why I’ll take you for a walk today, - I kiss her on the forehe
