I sat in the chair around the large table that had been specially placed in Rowan's office. I was alone on that floor. As soon as I arrived in the building, the girl in the lobby had sent me to this floor and this office. I knew it was Rowan's work, and as the floors scrolled across the elevator display, I felt a pang of excitement cling to my stomach at the thought of seeing it again, only to be disappointed when I entered the office and found myself alone with her assistant, Neil, who told me I could use that office to work.
