Chapter 9 Alan arrived at Bannock’s around ten Sunday morning, hoping there would be less people at that hour. There weren’t, so he had a long wait to be seated in Jim’s section. He killed the time reading until Logan phoned to let him know his table was ready. The guy was his normal snide self, hinting that Alan made things difficult by being so specific in his request.
