Narrator’s POV—
Sam lifted up a thick bamboo stick and strode to the man shouting loudly, “Hey!! Hey! Wait!! You can’t sell these girls! Leave them alone or I will call the police!”
For a moment she thought that she has succeeded in scaring both the men, because they looked stunned and became stiff and stared back at her with open mouths. But as soon as she reached close and pulled the girls behind her, four men walked out of the van in which the buyer was loading the girl. The men immediately surrounded her and getting an opportunity, the father pulled away the two little girls who were clinging to Sam’s feet.
“Hey! You motherfu*ker! Give them back! Right now!” Sam screamed and pointed the bamboo stick at the man but he moved back holding the girls tightly by their open hair.
