After Daniela and I fixed our problem with our relationship, we didn't have any misunderstandings so far and now; and we have talked to our lawyers about what should be done to Gio after what he did to Daniela. According to our lawyers, it’s either he goes to jail or in an asylum. His mom also told me that he has been disturbed for past few months and has been enrolled to a psychiatric treatment bit it seems like he wasn’t attending his sessions, but now, there’s nothing he can do because he’s under the custody of the police.
